We are excited to share that we now have a brand new Customer Portal where you can log in and request bookings, manage your account, view report cards, order services or retail and more!

Don't want to download an app to your phone, or do you want to have it on your computer as well? Great!  You can access the Customer Portal on your computer or tablet by following this link:

If you are logging in for the first time, select Reset Password?

​

You will then be prompted to input your email or phone number attached to your account. When you select Send Reset Link you will receive an email or text with the password reset link.

Once you receive the text or email you can select the Set Password link.​ ​

​

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

After selecting the link, you will be navigated to the Password Reset page where you can create your customized password.

As soon as you create your password you will automatically be logged into the Customer Portal!

You can now easily manage your account, update your pet's profiles, submit vaccine records and request reservations for specific date and times, book appointments and see available dates and times, shop for retail online, pay invoices and view estimates as  you select options and more while on the go using the all new mobile app or right from your desktop or tablet!
